Delete your Whot Arena account
Use this page to request deletion of your Whot Arena app account and the personal data linked to it. This resource is provided for Google Play and App Store account-deletion requirements and does not require you to sign in.
What gets deleted
When we complete a deletion request for your account, we delete:
- Your account credentials and profile (email, display name, role)
- Session/authentication material tied to that account
- Personal gameplay records associated with the account (for example match history linkage, tournament registrations tied to you, and leaderboard identity for your user)
We do not merely freeze or disable the account as a substitute for deletion.
We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example short-lived integrity or audit records). Any such retention is described in our Privacy Policy.
What is not removed from other players’ devices
Other players may still see historical references to a display name in content already shown on their devices until those views refresh. Public competitive history that cannot be unlinked without breaking anti-abuse integrity may be anonymized rather than shown under your name.
Offline solo stats stored only on your phone are removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app.
How to request deletion (web)
- Email us from the same email address registered on your Whot Arena account.
- Send the message to [email protected] with the subject line Delete Whot Arena account.
- Include your account email and, if you remember it, your display name so we can locate the correct account.
Email account deletion request
We aim to confirm and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. Complex cases (for example active tournament disputes) may take longer; we will tell you if so.
In the app
You can also start from the Whot Arena app: open Profile, then Privacy Policy / account deletion links, which open these same pages. Signing out alone does not delete your account.
Guest play
If you only used guest play without registering an email, clear the app’s data or uninstall to remove device-local guest profile and offline stats. If a guest identity was promoted or linked to a registered account, use the email deletion process for that registered account.
